Any presentation of a building company´s scope of works would actually be incomplete without a visible demonstration of the development process of some customer´s villas.

The following presentation is something we are really proud of :: in march 2003 we started building a prestige villa near Kusadasi, which has been successfully completed in May 2004 and was constructed according to the following specifications:

In brief: on some of the most beautiful plots near Kusadasi (our company´s "homeland") and very close to the Aegean Sea, we deal with building several luxury villa complexes -- all 4 complexes are named DELPHIN HOLIDAY RESORT. DELPHIN 1 (our first project with 25 villas, each 120 SQM floor space and 400 SQM garden), has been sold off to mainly German customers in less than 2 years -- the other DELPHIN´s (which provide villas with significantly more floor space and private ground) are currently either in development state (2 & 3) or being planned
