How we build:
As respectable and successfully actively building company with focus on highest quality we offer a comprehensive package of exemplary building and efficieny guarantees. All our building and renovation projects are on principal realized with best materials, technical precision and by best craftsmen - all provided and constantly being supervised by our company-owned, dedicated team.
We put highest value on first-class building quality, interior arrangement and perfection of design. The owners of our villas and vacation homes love living within this high standard and are - often daily anew - accustomed of being convinced by having previously unseen building details (decorative and/or practical) "before eyes" - literally !
Our houses are planned, built and decorated according to our customers wishes and specifications. The average time for completely planning and constructing a new building villa is approx. 9 month (the construction period alone: 6 months, in addition - unfortunately unavoidable - a ca. 3 month waiting period fer getting the permission from the turkish military authority). The payment is never up-front, but takes place in a "delivery versus payment" manner -- always after completion and after a customer´s acceptance of a phase of construction. |

Properties in all sizes and at different locations near the waterfront are at disposal to our company -- many of them (mainly the best available ones in a certain area !) meanwhile belong to our company-own ground offerings, others - if so - need to be purchased on customer request. The number of fine properties being offered to us (or discovered by our staff members themself) constantly rises -- therefore we recommend visiting our website on a regular basis !

On principal we plan and build our houses and villas according to european quality standard and strictly implement the latest construction specifications 1:1.
Our villas and houses are realized in massive building. The brickwork consists of original YTONG stone.
All concrete work is realized - using modern methods like those developed at the MIT institute in Massachusett, US - absolutely earthquake-proof and of course in first-class way isolated against humidity with drainage lines and insulating clamps.
Where we build
Our company´s building and renovating activities are not only limited to our "primary central areas" near Kusadasi and Bodrum - we do accomplish our achievements at other locations of the Turkish Aegaeis as well ! Our history includes several ambitious building projects for customers who definitely didn´t need a building company only capable offering a state-of-the-art solutions -- they have chosen us for projects like this one: A villa with 300 SQM floor space, 200 SQM terraces and a 60 SQM private pool on two adjacent grounds (total: 1700 SQM !) near Kusadasi.
Other "high end" building projects are located near Altinkum, and we do - to an increasing degree and in particular mainly by reason of our website showcase - receive inquiries for very ambitious building projects also in different places at the Aegean Sea !
Our Service
We are very proud of being capable meeting the high requirements of our customer base which has become notably enlarged over the recent years. We think that this is surely an effect of some of our major principles: being able to fulfill individual "dreams", and to never lose our focus on strictly producing quality and constantly providing optimal service and attendance -- based on long-term presence.
Our German and English speaking staff in Kusadasi is always avaible to your requests and wishes - not just on purchase of a house or some property, but also in the early preliminary stages and - of course - with hindsight !
We are of course also always disposable, if there should ever be need for some constructive "crisis-management": Not everything might always go hundred per cent well, as (we surely don´t disclose any secret with this one :-) constructing or even renovating a house always includes a potential risk of being error-prone in some moments -- maybe a construction worker has slightly failed or even wrecked havoc, maybe an architect needs to contact you again for resolving a technical misconception, maybe some local authorities impose modified building conditions and require us to (of course) obey them...
There´s something you will always perceive with us: We will always be accepting liability for home-made defects and fix them as soon as possible and without any extra demand, we will always be staying in close contact with you throughout the entire term of construction -- and we will always be in charge if we or the customer might face some regulatory irritations.
And: we are known for helping our customers out the unbureaucratic way - even with minor dramatic problems :-)

The realization of our own requirement regarding building quality and service is presentable and easily revisable by any prospective customer who likes to visit us on location. Our houses, mansions and holidays settlements are occupied by satisfied customers, who appreciate our technical authority, reliable service and constant commitment.
