Cakmak Building Company & Real Estate Ltd. is an independant Turkish-German company with quite some years of professional experience and - most important - a substantial base of satisfied customers. Own production facilities and/or offices are available in Kusadasi and on the Bodrum peninsula.

Since 1997 it has - admittedly - been a tough struggle making the transition from the former "family enterprise" to a real company which is (without sacrifing quality) now capable offering its services at different places at the Turkish aegean coast -- be it magnets of international tourism like Kusadasi or the Bodrum peninsula. We are actually very happy now to take a prominent place under the leading building contractors within the Turkish market -- certainly by hard work, constant presence for our customer base and our particularly high requirement at building quality, design and service.
Regardless if it´s a new building or a renovation of a resale home - we realize our work according to the German quality standard, with native architects and engineers, who...
- studied in Germany or at internationally renowned Turkish universities,
- provide a long lasting professional experience
- and generally belong to the best ones in their field of work.
For all (prospective) customers requests our German and English speaking staff is always available. After a previously submitted registration our qualified staff will be available for a (of course noncommital...) detailed inspection of our offerings and (of course !) a sightseeing of the infrastructure and natural surroundings of our houses, properties etc.
Our own villas, holiday homes and houses are made of massive building, with finished reinforced concrete. The brick-work consists of original YTONG stone. All concrete work is implemented earthquake-proof, the walls have a massive steel structure and are as well first-class isolated against humidity. |

Even if our permanent staff displayed below (that´s definitely not all we have : -)) seems to consist of just a few "heads" -- each one of them is an absolute expert in his/her field of activity, and in particular our graduate architects, engineers and construction supervisor are again responsible for the precise and correct work of the local workers who are hired for a certain building or renovation project.
Every now and then some part of the work has to be delegated to other contractors or suppliers -- of course, because we are responsible for realizing projects in locations which are a long way away from each other. Be sure: we always take the best ones ! However, our always "mobile" crew has not only the supervision, but always takes complete and intensive control of the operational sequences and their results. This way we can guarantee a quality assurance according to European standard -- during all periods of the building or renovation project ! |
