On a total of 5,300 sqm property, 5 beautiful two-storied new villas with 130 m² living area will be built individually in compliance with your wishes or to sample-plans from our qualified architects.
The construction of a two-storey villa with up to 200 m² living area is possible as well. Additionally you can choose a private swimming pool, basement and garage against surcharge.
The houses will be built in a staggered way into the slope, enabling every single house of tremendous views of the surrounding area and sea.
All houses come with ca. 1000 m² private property and are being built including many extras (see below).
