The ALTINYAYLA - Villas are part of a holiday villa estate which is located at a bluff close to Bodrum-Gumusluk. The houses of this estate (year of construction 2002) are in carcass condition and provide an identical sketch and/or an identical floor space and require individual interior fittings according to the buyer's specification.
This estate (99 villas in total, partly vacant, please see available houses below) is occupied with quite some homeowners coming from a diversity of european nations: some are British, some are Turkish, some are German and so on.
