Bellevue's Award for the Best Agents Worldwide

Annual Register of "Best Property Agents" Published

How can you tell who is a really good property agent ? Who guarantees profound knowledge of the local market, provides comprehensive service and a wide-ranging portfolio of properties too ? Bellevue, Europe's leading property magazine, has now awarded a seal of quality, "Best Property Agents", to the best developers and agents worldwide. "Almost every day our editorial office receives requests from readers to recommend a good agent. We have therefore decided to bring together the knowledge that results from our years of experience, in order to start a campaign for quality by introducing a new seal of quality", says Bellevue editor-in-chief Claus-Peter Haller.

Bellevue is presenting a certificate to all "Best Property Agents" who receive the award. The editorial department will check the agents on a yearly basis according to the following criteria: quality of advice, experience and market knowledge. In addition the annual register of Bellevue "Best Property Agents", listing all agents assessed as meeting the criteria, will be published on 28 April. Readers can look forward to 300 pages of company portraits with all relevant details of their area of activity, their profile and contact information. This guide will be updated each year for a new edition. It presents the agents and developers who hold the award in Germany, France, Italy, Spain and many other property markets. In addition Bellevue will publish details of all award-winners step by step from the June issue (published on 24 May).
